The NSW Government has extended Sydney’s lockdown by four weeks until August 28 following persistently high COVID-19 case numbers
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian confirmed that the Sydney’s stay-at-home restrictions will now be extended for at least another fortnight
NSW authorities have extended the lockdown for at least another week as they try to contain a Delta variant outbreak after detecting 27 new cases in New South Wales, up from 18 a day before.
The controversial Kings Cross lockout laws the NSW Government implemented in 2014 are set to be lifted, with restrictions on lockouts and drinks to be eased from next month.
