The latest job ads report from the ANZ shows a significant increase in employment opportunities, but what does this mean for the economy? Is this a sign of a stabilising labour market, or just a temporary boost?
The labour market has picked up according to the ANZ’s measurement of job ads, with the number of advertisements up 7.5 per cent over the last 12 months.
